You Shine Photo Action Freebie

Hey, what do you know?! It's been just about FOREVER since I've posted a 'real' blog freebie...and I figured it was about time. :) I made up this little tester action for ya to get a taste, if you haven't had the pleasure of using my Edit Like a Rockstar Photo Actions. I've only tested it in CS4 so far, so if it doesn't work in your program, it was free, right?! ;)
